World-famous basketball memorabilia showcasing Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Magic Johnson and hundreds of other NBA icons will be seen for the first time in Australia and the wider Asia Pacific region at the NBA Exhibition at QueensPlaza in November.
In a perfect example of how Vicinity delivers property excellence, the exhibition will attract and excite fans to QueensPlaza by showcasing all things NBA in a truly interactive experience.
Combining the NBA’s rich and storied history with the current generation of players, ‘The NBA Exhibition’ will take fans of all ages on a journey of discovery across 20 themed sections where they will experience multi-sensory activations and view a private collection of over 50 autographed and authenticated items.
Fans can test their basketball abilities, measure their vertical jump and reflexes, showcase their shooting skills, and, for opening weekend only, take photos with the authentic and original Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy, which is in Brisbane for the first time in history.
Coming hot on the heels of the popular Art of Banksy exhibition, the NBA exhibition is another headline lease for Vicinity, spread across two levels and covering around 1,000 square metres of QueensPlaza space.
The exhibition is sure to be another drawcard for QueensPlaza and Brisbane CBD with a reported 5,000 tickets sold in the first 30-minutes.
