Vicinity Centres’ (Vicinity) 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held online at 11.00am (AEDT) on Wednesday 10 November 2021.
In light of restrictions associated with COVID-19 and Vicinity’s commitment to health and safety of our Securityholders, Directors, employees and the broader community, the AGM will be held virtually via an audio webcast and not at a physical location.
Through an online platform, Securityholders will be able to view presentations from the Chairman and CEO and Managing Director, and vote and ask questions in real time. Securityholders will also be able to ask questions during the AGM via a dedicated phone line.
If you wish to participate in the virtual AGM, we recommend that you view the Virtual Meeting Online Guide in advance of the meeting (link below).
