- The long-term vision will see Bankstown CBD transformed into a leading business and Health and Education Innovation Precinct.
- The new facilities are available to commercial office tenants and other space users seeking new buildings from 2024 onwards.
Vicinity Centres and CIP Asset Management’s vision to transform Bankstown Central into a vibrant mixed-use urban neighbourhood has taken a step forward, with a range of Development Applications approved by City of Canterbury Bankstown, including 30,000sqm of A-grade office space across three buildings and ground floor retail incorporating a dining focussed ‘Eat Street’.
