Our communities have choice. They decide where to spend their time, where to meet with friends, where to come together as a family, where to purchase the things they need. When someone in our local community leaves their driveway and can choose whether to turn left or right, we want to make sure that we’re the destination at the end of that journey; again and again.

We have a current pipeline of $3.3 billion ($1.9 billion Vicinity share) of retail development and mixed-use opportunities. We have prioritised value-accretive retail developments in our Flagship and strategic High Potential assets on the east coast, predominantly in Melbourne and Sydney. On mixed-use, our focus is on a select number of large, strategic, high-value, mixed-use opportunities. We target to spend ~$300 million per annum with target stabilised development yields of 6-8%+ and IRR of 10-15%.
