The 14,000 sqm of A-Grade office space is designed by Lyons Architecture and will feature large campus-style floor plates complemented by an external terrace space with bay views.

Inside, the hotel-inspired amenities include two entrance lobbies, an on-site concierge, and secure dual-core lift access. Future tenants will also have the flexibility to subdivide floor plates for multi-tenant floors, with more options for external terraces (L1 - L6) and inter-tenancy stairs for vertical connection.

Accessibility is assured with substantial on-site and off-site parking and less than 200 metres to key train and bus stations.
