Reconciliation Action Plan
Vicinity's third RAP, the Innovate RAP, was launched during NAIDOC Week 2022 and helps us understand how we could make a positive impact and contribute towards a more equitable and reconciled Australia. The Innovate RAP builds on the foundations set by earlier RAPs and helps us increase our awareness and connection with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples.
Explore our RAPCommunity Partnerships
We understand that our centres need strong communities in order to succeed. Our aim is to shape better communities by strategically supporting issues that impact both our centres and their local communities. Over the past few years, this has included a partnership with Australian Red Cross to support youth engagement.
Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging
Our commitment is driven by our leaders and include zero tolerance for gender-based and sexual harassment, as well as increased support for victims of domestic and family violence. Vicinity continues to be members of the Australian Network on Disability, Pride in Diversity and Inclusive Australia as well as remaining an active member of the Diversity Council and Property Coalition of Change.
