Our beginnings
Vicinity Centres was formed in 2015, with the Merger of Novion Property Group and Federation Centres, bringing together some of Australia’s leading retail assets. Since the Merger, we've continued to evolve our portfolio and business, creating places where retailers can grow, communities can thrive and investors can succeed.
