Our beginnings
Vicinity was formed in 2015, with the Merger of Novion Property Group and Federation Centres, bringing together some of Australia’s leading retail assets. Since the Merger, the strategic direction of Vicinity has led to reimagining the ways Australians live, work and play, leveraging our talented teams and inspirational leadership to help retailers grow, communities thrive and investors succeed.
