Reconciliation Action Plan
Vicinity's fourth RAP, the Innovate RAP, was launched December 2024 and helps us understand how we could make a positive impact and contribute towards a more equitable and reconciled Australia. The Innovate RAP builds on the foundations set by earlier RAPs and helps us increase our awareness and connection with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples.

Vicinity Community Grants
Since April 2023, Vicinity Community Grants is focused on four key areas: youth engagement and youth underemployment, environmental rejuvenation, education, and community well-being.

In celebration of NAIDOC Week 2022, Vicinity Centres collaborated with SEDA Group and Bridging the Gap Foundation to fundraise for a scholarship program that will engage, educate and empower the next generation of Indigenous youth.
