Graduate Application process
1. Submit your application online
You can submit your application directly through the Graduate Roles below by clicking on the role you want to apply for. You can find out all about the graduate opportunities within our business units here if you’re unsure.
2. Online assessment
If we think you’re a fit for our business, we’ll ask you to complete some online assessments. Here we’re looking to see if you live the values we live by, and demonstrate the behaviours we believe our future leaders should have. These assessments will have specific deadlines. If you aren’t able to complete your assessments by the specified time, we won’t be able to consider your application further.
3. Digital interview
If from your assessments you look like an even stronger fit for our business, we will invite you to submit a video application. We want to see you flex your creative nous and show us your potential. This is your chance to demonstrate your personality, communicate why we’re the right place for you to start your career and reveal exactly what it means to connect with your local community.
4. Interview with business leaders
This is our opportunity to meet you face to face. It’s also your opportunity to meet your future mentors, interviewing with one of our senior leaders.
5. Your offer!
Within 48 hours of attending your interview, we will give you a call to let you know you’ve been successful. You’ll also be given all the information you need to make sure your 100% confident in your decision to become a Vicinity graduate.
