Georgina Lynch

Ms Lynch has 30 years combined executive and board experience in the property and financial services sectors, including significant experience across all classes of property and in corporate transactions, capital raisings, initial public offerings, funds management, corporate strategy, and acquisitions and divestments.

Ms Lynch is currently the Chair of Cbus Property, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Cbus. Cbus Property has a significant portfolio of investments and developments in the commercial, retail and residential property sectors. Ms Lynch is also the Chair of Waypoint REIT, and a Non-executive Director of PEXA Group Limited and Evolve Housing.

Ms Lynch is a member of Vicinity's Audit Committee and the Remuneration and Human Resources Committee.
