Butter Executive Chef, Julian Cincotta, said the expansion to Chatswood Chase Sydney would give the brand the chance to engage with new audiences.
“We have been looking at opening up in Chatswood for a few years now. Our expansion plans have been that we don't want to keep our shops too close together,” said Cincotta.
“We feel this gives Butter the opportunity to better integrate with the different communities within Sydney - something we are very passionate about.
“We want to bring Sydney together, and being in all the different regions of Sydney helps us do this - we get to build a community in each of these areas of local community members who are as serious about our culture as we are - food, music booze and fashion - or as we put it in our pillars - fried chicken, hip hop, champagne & sneakers.”
