Matt Parker

Matt Parker is Group Director, Leasing and is responsible for Vicinity's Leasing, Mall Leasing, Vacant Shop Income and Design & Delivery teams.

Matt joined Vicinity Centres in November 2017 as General Manager Leasing (VIC/WA/SA/TAS) before being appointed Group Director, Leasing in October 2021.

Prior to joining Vicinity, Matt was Joint General Manager of Uniqlo Australia. Earlier in his career, he held a number of senior leasing positions with Queensland Investment Corporation, including General Manager Leasing.

Matt has over 25 years' experience across retail, leasing and property, working with both retailers and landlords across a broad range of asset classes.
