Michelle McNally

Michelle McNally joined Vicinity Centres in March 2025.

Michelle is a senior real estate executive with over 25 years’ experience in the property industry, building teams, delivering results, and creating quality relationships with a large range of stakeholders including investors, customers and partners. Michelle has broad experience across multiple property sectors and national markets in numerous disciplines including investment and portfolio management, for both owners and occupiers. Before joining Vicinity, Michelle was CEO at Aware Real Estate and has held senior leadership positions at ISPT and Australia Post.

Michelle offers highly developed strategic outlook and commercial acumen which she applies to achieving high quality outcomes through engaging teams and stakeholders with authenticity and clarity of purpose.

Michelle is a Board member of Women’s Property Initiative, a community housing provider of long-term housing for women and children at risk of homelessness and a Board member of Chain Reaction Challenge Foundation raising money for children's charities. Michelle is a passionate advocate for the property industry, having served on various industry peak body committees and through her work with Property Council Champions of Change and Ten Women Melbourne.
