Tammy Ryder is Chief People Officer and is responsible for Vicinity's people and culture strategy, including talent, culture, leadership, employee experience, workplace relations and organisational effectiveness.

Tammy joined Vicinity Centres in January 2025, bringing over 20 years' experience in human resources leadership, organisational transformation and strategic people management.

Prior to joining Vicinity, Tammy spent more than seven years at Coles Group in a range of senior people and culture leadership roles, including General Manager People and Culture Operations and General Manager, P&C Central. Earlier in her career, Tammy held senior human resources positions with Minor DKL, Lorna Jane and Hungry Jack's Australia.

Tammy is passionate about people, performance and leading large-scale transformation initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness and team performance.

Tammy is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow Certified Practitioner of Human Resources with the Australian Human Resources Institute and a member of Chief Executive Women.
