Redevelopment plans will reinvent Chatswood Chase Sydney as a modern and iconic destination featuring luxury retailing, experiential dining, a new fresh food market hall and a proposed commercial rooftop office village, elevated above the retail centre.

The first phase of this exciting development is well underway to deliver Chase Market on the centre’s lower ground floor. Chase Market will bring the future of retail hospitality, dining and taste to Chatswood Chase.

Chase Market will bring cutting-edge design and a wide variety of fresh and specialty foods and include a mix of new and existing retailers. Customers can expect a destination that has been reimagined to match their aspirations and exceed expectations, with an elevated selection of specialty fresh foods, a new dining precinct and market hall and refreshed retail offer.

Bookended by a Coles and a Kmart, Chase Market will bring over 40 new restaurants, cafes and fresh food experiences.

The next phase of development at Chatswood Chase Sydney remains one of Vicinity’s most exciting large-scale retail development opportunities.

Building on Vicinity’s position as Australia’s leader of luxury and leveraging its strong relationships with luxury and international brands, the retail development will introduce a new and upgraded luxury retail offer, delivering the best of Australian and international designers curated especially for the Chatswood Chase Sydney customer.

Amongst the introduction of new luxury brands, the retail precinct will receive a major reconfiguration, design refresh and new skylight-atria features throughout.
