Chatswood Chase is a four level Major Regional shopping centre located approximately 11 kilometres north of the Sydney CBD, anchored by David Jones, Kmart and Coles. The centre is currently undergoing a comprehensive redevelopment with the first phase, being a significant enhancement of the lower ground dining and fresh food precincts, now largely complete. In March 2024, Vicinity commenced the major redevelopment of the upper levels of the centre.
