Bayside welcomes UNIQLO as the centre's major retail refresh continues

Bayside has today announced international fashion brand, UNIQLO, will lead an exciting group of new and refreshed brands to open at the centre in the coming months as it continues a major refresh of its retail, dining and services precincts.

Expanding its footprint into Melbourne’s rapidly growing south-east, UNIQLO will take over the Level One space formerly occupied by Myer.

The ground floor, also under redevelopment, is set to welcome new look stores later in the year with footwear giant, Foot Locker and Australia’s most popular destination for sporting goods, Rebel Sports sitting either side of a brand-new, larger TK Maxx, promising big brands at small prices.

Popular burger, shakes, fries, and fro-yo restaurant, Yo My Goodness (YOMG), and Spanish-inspired chocolateria, San Churro, are also expected to open in the centre’s entertainment precinct and follow recent openings including Ghanda, TGI Fridays, Mad Mex, Pokero Sushi & Bowl, Essential Beauty, Strand, and Sheike.

The significant retail refresh follows the recent delivery of a new and contemporary workspace precinct that introduced modern office suites on level two of the retail centre.

With views of the bay, the modern office suites offer a superior office and retail experience and represents another proof point in Vicinity's mixed-use redevelopment strategy, bringing CBD-quality workspaces to Frankston with the convenience that comes with Bayside’s amenities at its doorstep.
